ADF Archdruid Report
May to August 2001
·
Office-related activities performed in the previous quarter
During the last quarter, I've traveled to 5 festivals, Wic-can Fest in Ontario
Canada, Free Spirit Festival in Maryland, and Sirius Rising in New York, Starwood
in New York and Muin Mound Madness in New York. At those festivals, I presented
14 workshops and sold ADF regalia. At Muin Mound Madness, we worked on future
planning for the organization.
·
The spiritual state of the organization
The organization is growing and the state of the office and the speed of response
to people's complaints and membership applications have greatly improved the
satisfaction of the members. This improved satisfaction has lead to more time
to think about and concentrate on the spiritual side of the organization. All
in all, I would say that the spiritual state is good.
·
Spiritual activities and growth in the previous quarter
I have been involved in ADF rituals at all the festivals I've attended in the
past quarter as well as the high day rituals at my local grove.
·
Where ADF is in terms of its long-term Vision
ADF is well along on Isaac's original plan even though we are still short of
the "1000 Druid" mark. I predict that we will achieve that goal within
the next year.
·
Planned activities for the next quarter
For the period from 8/1 to 12/31, I will be or have attended the SLG Lugh Fest
in Michigan, The Triple Guild Festival in Massachusetts, the ROG Fall Fest in
Pennsylvania and will leave on my trip to the West Coast to visit with ADF members
and Groves.
